Experience And Qualifications Led by President and chief scientist Dr. James P Hauck, JPHPS has real world experience and is fully qualified to meet the challenges and overcome any obstacles to achieve results. Dr. Hauck received a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics (with honors) in 1968 from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. He went on to earn his M.A. in physics in 1970 from the University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics in 1976.

In addition he has received numerous awards including the National Defense Education Act Title IV Fellow in physics, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fellow, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in the World, among others. As a Chief Scientist and Director of Engineering (among other titles) he has worked for companies such as Boeing North American, General Dynamics Laser Systems Lab, Northrop Electronics Division and Rockwell International.
